Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If complete cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations received on or before Friday, Sept. 5, will be assessed a $100 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be given after this date, and refunds will not be given for no-shows following the event. Refund requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected].
